Hunting with hawks

After spring, summer came, with strong growth in the fields where seed had been sown. Birds sang in the trees teaching their young to fly, and creatures everywhere gave themselves to growth, enriching the world. It was a time of comfortable ease and warm rest, when people loved to be in company. They enjoyed long drawn-out days outside, riding for the body's health, and hunting with hawks or hounds. In the evening people liked to listen to song or stories.
